Bigger isn’t better. Better is better.

Starting our boutique firm was driven by our desire to serve our clients with custom-tailored, cost-effective brokerage solutions without the conflicts and high production requirements of big firms that have been known to create pressures on brokers to cut to the chase on transactions while cutting corners on strategic planning.

Our mission statement is basically, we don’t do that 👆.

As owners of our own firm, we do not have the internal pressures and can commit to the process that yields the right outcome for our clients.

We represent Tenants. And only tenants.

You don’t have to worry about conflicts of interest at CREA.

You don’t have to worry about internal politics. Or favoritism.

We advocate for our clients, and only our clients.

And, while you can surely drop your real estate numbers into a spreadsheet to analyze how we did, what it won’t show you is how, at CREA, we don’t stop when the deal is done.

We don’t stop until the landlord has delivered on all that they have promised.

We are in your corner until you are moved in and satisfied.

Our Values
We strive to create a culture that embodies our values and empowers our team.

  • A man in glasses and a white shirt shaking hands with another person wearing a blue shirt in an office setting.

    Clients First

Our clients are our top priority, and we are unwavering advocates for their needs.
We’re well aware we wouldn't be here without putting our clients first. Once this value is internalized, all business decisions become much easier.

  • An antique metal key with ornate detailing and a square bow with a cross-shaped cutout, resting on a plain, light-colored background.

    The Golden Rule

    Do unto others…

This timeless piece of advice is the bedrock of our corporate ethos.

  • A person is sitting in an auditorium, reading a booklet or program, with empty rows of chairs surrounding them.

    Individual Responsibility

It’s a tough world out there. Lots of talented competition. We believe it takes consistency, discipline, and a personal willingness to follow through no matter the obstacles to serve our clients.

  • Bookshelves filled with old, hardcover books, arranged with some labels visible on the shelves.

    Lifetime Learners

The world is moving fast. Some of us around here (ahem, Ted) have lived through several economic downturns, and yet, while we have our principles, there is always something to learn if you’re open to it, humbly.
