Erik Stiebel specializes in the representation of tenants throughout the South Bay. He works closely with executives to analyze the current situation and make innovative recommendations to optimize operations both fiscally and operationally.

He treats each client like a long-term relationship and prides himself on hustle, communication, and collaboration.

Erik’s team is continually involved with entrepreneurial programs, and their network of relationships within the community is particularly robust. He is passionate about his clients' success and goes out of his way to make introductions that will help them thrive. Erik is a founding member of Commercial Real Estate Advisors.

Education
Erik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations of Finance and Economics from Gonzaga University where he was also a member of the Business Fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi.

Erik grew up in Palos Verdes and attended Palos Verdes Peninsula High School, where he played golf. Currently, he resides in Hermosa Beach.
