When we first began representing Terray, they were a new company hatched from Cal Tech and City of Hope and resided at Alexandra Innovation Center, an incubator for life science companies in Pasadena (currently 100% leased).

Convert the top floor in high-rise buildings to lab space
Extensive mechanical plumbing and electrical engineering studies and solutions (lab space best on 1-story buildings)
The BAM Architecture and Alfa Tech team completed studies of two buildings that could be converted into labs
Both landlords are willing to take the risk of an early-stage company

Move-in ready lab and only two months to build out office portion
